SO WHO OWNS THIS BLOG???

I'm not so good in writing an About Me page but I think this is essential for Blog owners so I guess I just have to do it.

My name is Ester Rebecca Filamor del Fierro. I was born on October 06, 1985 and is currently residing in Malate, Manila. I finished my education at Mapua Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree.

I currently work at DirectWithHotels as a Link Popularity Manager/Internet Marketing Specialist. We are the one who takes care of the online reservation system of the hotels and resorts. I belong to the Attract-Convert Performance Management Team. We handle the online marketing for the hotels/resorts. We promote and scatter their website to different travel sites. We do that to drive traffic to their site and at the same time to turn visitors to potential guests. When that happens, hopefully they book through the hotel website (in our reservation system).

I decided to create a travel Blog because I love going to different places. I used to hate traveling. But when I was hired in DirectWithHotels, I learned how to love going to different places. Oftentimes, I go to the hotels and resorts we handle and enjoy my time staying there while preparing an article or a review about that specific resort. I post the articles, reviews, and pictures I prepared to my personal Blog as a way of promoting that hotel/resort. I most especially love beaches and resorts. I believe that the most effective way to relax yourself is to be closer to nature :)

Another reason of having this Blog is because I'm an active member of TripAdvisor. I always post my reviews on that site to let others know my experience on a particular hotel/resort. And until recently, I realize that it's easier to just have my travel Blog and compile all my travel experiences in here!
